PEER678 Middle School Ministry
Our PEER678 Middle School Ministry program is for boys and girls in 6th, 7th & 8th grades.
We meet on Wednesday evenings in the Youth Room downstairs, (September-March) from 6:45-8:00, after the family meal. In PEER 678 we will explore ways to further our faith walk with God and with each other through lessons, serving others and fun events! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact Sara Arent (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more details about this youth ministry.
Our Volunteer Leaders: Sara Arent, Corie Visscher, Jack Timmer,
Kevin Anderson and Barry Walburg
Middle School students meet for classes on Sunday mornings, at 11:30, in the Youth Room. These classes help our middle school students understand the theological basics of our faith, as well as spiritual practices that will help them strengthen their spiritual walk. Our goal is to give them the knowledge and tools they will need to engage their world with the Good News.
EDGE is a ministry for 9th through 12th graders that meets on Sunday nights, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the Youth Room. Typical meetings include Bible study, group discussions, and prayer times that encourage students to draw closer to God. We also enjoy service opportunities, social fun, and the occasional visit from older church members with a story to share. We strive for an environment where students can relax, ask honest questions, and be known and loved for who they really are.
In addition to Sunday nights, our EDGE crew also enjoys occasional weekend activities, retreats, and a week-long service/learning trip each summer.
High school students also meet for classes on Sunday mornings, at 11:30, in the Blue Room downstairs. These classes help our teens understand the theological basics of our faith, as well as spiritual practices that will help them strengthen their spiritual walk. Our goal is to give them the knowledge and tools they will need to engage their world with the Good News.
Please contact our high school youth contact, Pastor Mark, if you have any questions about our high school ministries.
